Please note: Carpooling is allowed and helps reduce crowding at trail head parking areas - however, some individuals may be reluctant to transport people outside their own party. Plan on providing your own transportation to events. No refunds will be issued due to a lack of transportation to the trail head.

Rain is typical in Crested Butte in the summer and will not prevent events from going out. In the case of severe weather that poses a safety risk we will attempt to delay the start time or reschedule the event - it is possible the event will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued due to weather related delays/cancellations.
